The renovation of the 9,000 square-foot space provides a modern office environment and includes an indoor café and state of the art conference and recreation rooms. In addition, Hubbell installed 426 rooftop PV solar panels capable of generating over 40% of the company’s power from the sun.
This project, provided us a great opportunity as well as a challenge in taking this 1917 industrial space and turning it into a modern and highly functional office space utilizing energy efficient technology while keeping the industrial characteristics of yesterday intact.
