For Sioux Systems Assembly in Eindhoven, SRBA Controlled Environments (SRBA CE) in close cooperation with our PP4CE partner, and for this work also main contractor, Kuijpers PHF, has realized a cleanroom of c.a. 240m² in an ISO 14644 class 7 in 2019/ 2020. A plenum technique was chosen for this project where we suspended a Sandwich panel system at 3.8 meters from a ‘cold rolled’ steel structure of c. 300m². Below this ceiling, the SRBA CE BPM 100 walkable (150kg/m2 loadable) ceiling system with 28mm Melamine sheeting was suspended and mounted. The walls are constructed with the SRBA CE MOM 16mm system and fitted with SRBA CE doors and windows. In the ceiling, our PP4CE partner and main contractor Kuijpers provided the necessary FFUs, return diffusers as well as LED lighting. The steel structure was designed so that the HVAC installation could be placed on it.

Kuijpers PHF, as general contractor, undertook the design and realization of the E and W installations.
SRBA CE took care of the architectural part including the steel construction.
SRBA Clean Interior supplied the furniture.

During and after completion of construction and installation work, Wero performed cleaning.
