In March 2017, Brecon Controlled Environments (Brecon CE) expanded and redesigned the existing cleanroom, ISO 14644 Class 6 at Pneutec. The total area of the expansion is approximately 100 m². The Brecon CE double-shell wall system GSO based on 12.5 mm plasterboard with 0.6 mm sheet metal was used for the expansion. Furthermore, existing walls were dismantled and reused. The walls were fitted with new glass panels and sliding doors. The ceiling was implemented in the walkable ceiling BPM 100.

In 2022, Brecon CE completed an expansion of the existing cleanroom. This cleanoorm was distributed over two floors. The total area was approximately 750 m2 and the cleanroom needed to achieve ISO 14644 classification 6, 7 and 8. Brecon CE built the floor using a steel structure and realized the supply and assembly of an elevator. The system is similar to previously realized cleanrooms, namely the BPM 100 walkable ceiling combined with the GSO wall system (Plasterboard clad with Steel, encased in MS-mounted Omega profiles). The REKORD doors and EP bonded screed were supplied by Brecon and, as always, the complete cleaning was in the hands of our PP4CE partner WERO.

Brecon CE has in recent years realized more frequent changes and extensions at Pneutec. In this way Pneutec not only assures its customers of optimum quality but also meets ever-changing market requirements! We thank the management of Pneutec for their confidence in us!
