This was a clean room the size of 220 m² and was built with our Brecon CE wall system GSO. An aluminum Omega frame system, including bottom and ceiling profiles, built up in combination with MS. In the Omega profiles developed by Brecon CE, 12.5 mm plasterboard, fitted with 0.6 mm sheet steel, is enclosed. The Omega profile is sealed by an aluminum trim. Doors and windows were installed by us in cleanroom design. We installed the ceiling based on our BPM 100 system. A walkable system ceiling, based on 100 mm wide aluminum profiles with sealing tape for airtightness, and 28 mm (edged) Melamine panels. The ceiling is modular and “reusable”.
