SRBA Controlled Environments (SRBA CE) has realized this clean room of approximately 680 m2, Chosen was the wall system GVMS. A non-bearing interior wall system based on a metal stud frame with one and/or two plasterboards on which 6 mm HPL panels are glued and flush glued. We installed the ceiling based on our BPM 100 system. A walkable system ceiling, based on 100 mm wide aluminum profiles with sealing tape for airtightness, and 28 mm (all around edged) walkable plates. The ceiling is modular and ‘reusable’. Flush window units manufactured by SRBA CE were installed in this project. The doors installed were of different characteristics (sliding doors, roller doors as well as cleanroom revolving doors).
