It is going too far to mention all the works we have realized at ASML over the past decades. It may suffice simply by stating that at this time we estimate that approximately 75,000 m2 of cleanroom facilities will be present on the ASML Campus. Of this, we believe at least 95% has been built by SRBA Controlled Environments (SRBA CE) over the past 30 years. The quality standard of walls, ceilings and floors is at an extremely high level. ISO classifications in accordance with ISO 14644 are typically at ISO 5 or 6 for clean room booths and ISO 7 for aisle areas. All these years we have met ASML’s high expectations and their required flexibility, and we are proud of that!!!
