Aldor BV specializes in the surface treatment of products for the mechanical engineering, automotive, construction and electronics industries. They are specialists in anodizing and chromating aluminium products. Also they carry out in-house a wide range of pre- and post treatments, such as grinding + polishing (mechanical and chemical), laser engraving etc. Meanwhile they are also able to clean and package the produced materials under cleanroom conditions!

In late September 2015, SRBA Controlled Environments (SRBA CE) completed a 44m² Mobile CleanAir Unit at Aldor. The Mobile CleanAir Unit offers a decontaminated area for cleaning and packaging products, in accordance with ISO 14644, Class 7. The Unit is equipped with a material and personnel lock. For air treatment, laminar air flow units were used. The ceiling also integrates energy-efficient LED lighting units in addition to FFUs. All walls are fitted with 3 mm. PVC slats, with or without sliding rails.

The validation of this Mobile CleanAir Unit was performed by PP4CE partner CMI.
