In 2016, at a branch of Airopack (Airosolutions NV) in Heist-op-den-Berg (B), SRBA Controlled Environments (SRBA CE) completed a cleanroom with a total area of 185m², with walls 3.5m¹ high. The Brecon Cassette Panel System (BCPS) was used. Ceiling and walls were constructed with 72mm thick cassette panels, with a 0.8mm steel plate finish, coated in RAL 9002, 25 microns thick. 12 double-sided glass elements were installed in the walls, all completely flush finished. About 11 Filter Fan Units were installed, these provide clean air in the clean room. LED panel lighting has been chosen for the lighting technology. This cleanroom is classified according to the GMP standard class C and D.
