Welcome to Corporate Construction, Inc., where our mission is to develop enduring client relationships through a commitment to consistently surpassing industry standards of quality and service.  With a focus on commercial construction, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in every project, fostering trust and lasting partnerships.  Since it was founded in 1999 by Joseph G. Viola Jr., and Jonathan K. Draper, CCI has grown to a staff of 60 full-time construction professionals who carry out their mission every day.

Corporate Construction continues to provide an honest, responsive, and professional approach to all projects.  We are experts in multi-phasing and scheduling long and difficult projects.  We are based in Connecticut, serving all the Northeast.  We have the staff and expertise to provide the most sensitive or critical of services to meet each client's needs.

Joseph G. Viola Jr

Principal, Operations

Joseph is responsible for the overall management of our field operations, working with project managers and superintendents, from project conception to delivery. He oversees all project scheduling, safety programs, project accounting, documentation, and quality control. With over 34 years of experience in all phases of construction, he has served as Commercial Site Supervisor, Project Manager, and as Principal of Corporate Construction since its inception in 1999. Joseph earned his B.S. in Business Management from New England Technical College.

Jonathan K. Draper

Principal, New Business Development

Jonathan oversees the entire preconstruction process with initial client interaction, project development, budgeting, estimating, code analysis, feasibility studies, and permit procurement. He leads the implementation aspects of scheduling, subcontractor selection, and buyouts. With an extensive 38-year background spanning all phases of construction and architectural design, he has held roles such as Site Superintendent, Project Manager, Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager. He has been Principal of Corporate Construction since 1999. Jonathan earned his B.S. in Construction Management and Architectural Design from Southwest Missouri State University.
