Brecon Controlled Environments (Brecon CE). Completed a 130 m2 clean room in 2014 in accordance with ISO 14644 Class 7.

The Brecon CE Wall System GVMS was chosen for the walls. In this case, double-shell walls were built based on a Metal Stud system, double-clad with plasterboard and then fitted with HPL sheet material. The whole is airtight sealed and flush finished, in accordance with GMP guidelines for the pharmaceutical industry. Flush window and door sections were installed in the walls. The ceiling type Brecon CE NBM 24, is a 24 mm grid ceiling with 600×1200 melamine panels, airtight installed in the system.

The plant was designed, installed and classified by M&W in accordance with the P.v.E. and successfully commissioned by the client.
